Leadboundr is an Instagram lead scraping and outreach automation platform operated by Lachlan Wainwright, an Australian sole trader (ABN 76 496 190 334), based in Queensland, Australia ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using Leadboundr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Leadboundr. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Access to Leadboundr is invite-only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your invite code or account with any third party.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at lachiewainwright@gmail.com.
You agree to use Leadboundr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.
Leadboundr allows you to connect your Instagram account by providing your session ID. By doing so, you acknowledge and accept the following:
You can remove your session ID from the platform at any time through the Dispatch settings.
Leadboundr scrapes publicly available Instagram profile data to identify potential leads. You agree that you will use this data only for lawful outreach purposes and in compliance with all applicable privacy laws, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
You are solely responsible for how you use any lead data obtained through Leadboundr.
Leadboundr may charge fees for access to the platform. Current pricing and plan details will be communicated to you before you are charged. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
All content, features, and functionality of Leadboundr — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Lachie Wainwright and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of Leadboundr without our express written permission.
Leadboundr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform.
We do not guarantee that Leadboundr will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Leadboundr, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or damage to your Instagram account.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Leadboundr will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Leadboundr at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the platform. Your continued use of Leadboundr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
