Leadboundr is operated by Lachlan Wainwright, an Australian sole trader (ABN 76 496 190 334), based in Queensland, Australia. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Information you provide to us:

• Name and email address (when you create an account)
• Instagram session ID (if you connect your Instagram account for DM dispatch)
• Message content (your DM variation templates)
• Lead data you import or generate through the platform

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform
• Technical data including IP address, browser type, and device information
• Log data from our servers

Third-party data:

• Publicly available Instagram profile data scraped on your behalf (usernames, bios, follower counts, post activity)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Leadboundr platform
• Process your scraping and outreach requests
• Send you service-related communications (such as results notifications)
• Monitor and enforce compliance with our Terms of Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

If you choose to provide your Instagram session ID to enable automated DM dispatch, this credential is stored securely in our database and is used solely to send DMs on your behalf via our automation infrastructure.

You can remove your session ID at any time through the Dispatch settings. Upon removal, it is immediately deleted from our systems.

We strongly recommend treating your session ID as a sensitive credential and removing it if you stop using the platform.

Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take your security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information (right to erasure)
• Make a complaint about how we handle your personal information

You can also delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page within Leadboundr.

Leadboundr uses the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Apify (Instagram scraping and automation infrastructure)
• Anthropic (AI qualification of lead data)

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review their policies.

Leadboundr may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the platform.

Leadboundr is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the platform. Your continued use of Leadboundr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
